Harrison Assessments Distributor Training: Building Job Success Formulas

In February this year I was able to attend Distributor training with Dan Harrison in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The three-day workshop on Building Job Success Formulas (JSFs) was held at the beautiful Shangri-La Hotel in Chiang Mai, for HA distributors and consultants.
Led by Dr Dan Harrison, the training provided distributors with advanced skills in building quality JSFs using the new JSF wizard in HATS (the Harrison Assessments Talent Solutions) system.
Chiang Mai, the cultural capital of Thailand with its scenic sunsets and warm hospitality, was a most apt venue for the gathering of 35 HA distributors from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Florida and Germany. It served as a platform for the sharing of ideas and exchange of knowledge in application of the HA among all distributors.
Dr. Harrison led us through the general concepts, terminology and principles of the JSFs, the different types of JSFs in the system, and how to customise a JSFs to ensure they reflect the requirements of the client and position. We delved into eligibility factor types, creating eligibility questions, compound factors and factor weighting. Dan told us it is one of the most complex training courses that he runs.
